Fresh Arts, a local Houston art nonprofit has had many iterations throughout its history which was a by-product of mergers, name changes, and the ongoing impact of technological innovations. Amidst it all, the organization had lost its way. After engaging Consequence in a strategic rebrand, our research uncovered confusion around what the organization did. We worked to develop the new vision, mission, and value statements. We designed a new visual identity that included the parallel initiative of rebranding the Washington Avenue Arts District as Arts District Houston and bringing that district under the Fresh Arts programmatic umbrella. The result is a fluid, consistent brand with staying power.
